I disagree strongly with your comment that only mainstream muslims (which according to your interpretation means sunni muslims) can go to heaven. As well as a dangerously intolerant and sectarian comment, don't you think it is quite presumptuous of you to decide that millions of people aren't going to get into heaven?! Surely that is Allah's decision, and not yours! I would be interested to know what the scriptural basis of your assertion is. By the way, I speak as a muslim, i don't belong to a sect.

Assalamualaikum, I found your website very good and informative. I disagree with some of your comments, such as muslims should not be friends with non believers. How is Islam supposed to spread if we dont mix with and educated those who do not believe? I am a muslim living in Britain and have many non-muslim friends. I feel that I have helped to educate them about Islam and what its all about. With all the bad press that Islam is getting in the news lately, shouldnt we try as muslims to set as good an example as possible so that both non-muslims and muslims learn to understand the religion better? No judgements should be made on the website, as only Allah can judge us.

The way the home page is set out is very good, the text is clear and is a good size. However other texts on the site are small and the type a little smudgy or out of focus, so this could be improved to make it easier to read.

Also, in some areas you have put a long column of text. Wouldnt it be better to arrange it in several columns across the page than just have one long one?

I found the information on dreams VERY interesting!!!

One suggestion I would make about what else you could put on the website is information on women in Islam and the rights that muslim women have. Because many people seem to mix Islam with culture when it comes to women, and they can be treated unfairly and in a sexist way. So I feel that information will be very usful to our muslim sisters, as well as educating our muslim brothers on how they should treat women.

Also, perhaps providing the basic principles between each of the 5 pillars of Islam will be beneficial to a lot of people who dont know that much about Islam.

Excellent website. I was reading through the "Practical Advice" section. Very informative!!! I just thought I'd let you know that page 6 and 9 didnt load, so there may be a fault with them. The Qur'anic references on page 10 are very small and blurred, so I found that I was unable to read them unfortunatly.

Your website is filled with a a great deal of opinion and not thoroughly researched information. For example, Allah(SWT) is not everywhere , He is in the heavens (above) only. It is the Christian religion that states that he is everywhere NOT Islam. Also taveez in a non existent concept is Islam whereas making Duas and reading tasbihs (NOT ON BEADS) is.

Brother Very Nice website with a lot of information. I was specially impressed by the "Practical Islamic Advice" section of your website.

Brother I am a Muslim from Australia. I have very little knowlegde in Islam as I only started to learn about Islam very recently. That is why I found your advices very good.

For a lot of the advices, you have some sort of references. For example: No-8 "Obey your parents ..." (XVII 23-24). May I know what does this indicate?

Also for other advices, such as: No1 - Keep an Arabic Quran in your bedroom to get better sleep and pleasent dreams, you forgot to insert the reference. Please forgive my ignorance, but if this is something all muslims should know, then this is something I must learn.

I hope you don't find my request offensive.

I had a quick look at your site as well as comments posted by few others. Alhamdulillah the site looks good.

I would like to forward few thoughts....

Firstly, Alhamdulillah there are enough sources available in the world that can describe Islam. For gaining knowledge regarding Islam, one can read some "reliable" translations (detailed ones Ofcourse) of Quran, go through large books of Hadith's, read some "reliable" books that are available in plenty in the market, listen to sermons of well known Ulema (Clerics) or to that matter go through some good website. I am sure, the lifetime of one will not be sufficient to gather the entire knowledge embedded in Islam, be it about the Greatness of Allah(swt) or regarding the holy & beautiful life style of our prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

Secondly, What is a person (or believer) supposed to do after embracing Islam (or saying islamic creed)?. Is just learning few things about Islam sufficient? Or is there something more we have to do? Allah(swt) has made promises based on practice-to-knowledge ratio. Infact that is one of the questions that is going to be asked after death : How much did you know (or learn) Islam & how much of it did you practice?. Just having knowledge of Islam is not going to help much. We can find millions of Muslims in the world who know a lot about Islam but their life style is like any other unbelieving community.

To that matter, One of Prophet Muhammad's Uncles had entire knowledge of revelations and things like that but wasn't blessed with Imaan (faith) and finally died like a disbeliever.

What I would like to say finally is that, we need to practice Islam (very seriously) and invite people towards practicing Islam rather than "just" making them know more & more about Islam.

Alhamdulillah, People are really turning towards Dawah and changing their lifestyles to match that of the holy prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and his companions.

Finally, I would like to suggest you to add some stuff to your site that really emphasizes the need and importance of Dawah (The reason why Allah (swt) praises this Ummah (Community or Nation) - According to Ulema is becoz they do Dawah : Call people towards Allah (swt), Do good and request others to do good, Refrain from doing bad and stop others from doing bad....).

Pray for me (better pray for whole Ummah and I will get included in that Inshallah) so that I can "practice" Islam rather than just restricting Islam to my Mind & Tongue.

May Allah (swt) bring Islam into each of our activities.

May Allah (swt) make us sincere and accept our sincere efforts.

I have not read everything on this site but I've looked at enough to see that there are many of your own opinions and many Bid'as on this site. For example, reciting prayers seven times in the morning and evening and blowing onto a glass of water? whats all that about! Muhammad (saw) said not to breathe in a vessel you drink from.

Also I don't know what sort of muslim you are but I found traces of pantheism in your poetry, you said 'God is nature, nature is God' in one of them. ALLAH swt is ABOVE THE SEVEN HEAVENS He is NOT everywhere!!

You haven't actually provided much information about Islam at all, there is nothing giving information to people about actual Islam (that I found anyway) just your opinion

also I am not going to pass this site on to anyone, I don't know whether you have made it like this on purpose or whether you are just ignorant but I'm writing this to warn others that there are MANY sites on the net that give ACCURATE and TRUE information, but I'm sorry, not this one....
